Bios: 

Daniel Newlin has been in the Elevator Industry for 28 years. He is currently a National Education and Training Manager for Elevated. His previous role was an Ops Manager for the Baltimore and Eastern Shore. He obtains the following Certifications:

Clif Frazier began his elevator industry career in 2000 with Otis Elevator in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. After completing the National Elevator Industry Apprenticeship Program and earning his Mechanics License in 2005, he spent several years as a Foreman and Adjustor traveling nationwide. He went on to hold multiple leadership roles at Otis, including Operations Manager in New Mexico and Pensacola, and later Regional Field Operations Manager overseeing seven states.In 2023, he joined Elevated as Director of Field Operations. He holds a Florida CET License (#6044) and NEIEP Mechanics License (#38916), bringing over 20 years of field and operational expertise to the industry.
