Bio:
Amber Catlin-Kolodziej is a seasoned nonprofit leader and safety advocate with a career spanning community development, public safety education, and industry outreach. As the Executive Director of the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation (EESF), she leads national efforts to educate the public on the safe use of vertical transportation systems. Amber brings a unique blend of hands-on leadership, strategic communications, and a deep commitment to equity, having previously worked with marginalized communities, youth programs, and grassroots initiatives. She is also the co-founder of Team CK7, a consulting firm focused on leadership coaching and mission-driven strategy.
