Description: Join us as we work to discover our natural love language of appreciation in the workplace. Participants will leave the session knowing what their natural love language of appreciation is and how to turn this knowledge into a powerful tool for building a dynamic workplace culture. Speaker: Vong Keovongsa, Elevator Services Group LLC

Bio: 

Vong Keovongsa, MSHM, has been working in the field of human  resources for over 25 years. Vong works closely with business leaders to provide guidance on tale nt recruitment, human resources, change management, leadership effectiveness, and organizational development. Vong graduated with an MS in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and an MBA from Tampa College.

Vong started in the vertical transportation with ThyssenKrupp elevator in 2009 and has also held senior HR roles with Oracle Elevator and Madden Elevator. Today, Vong runs Elevator Services Group, a company he co-founded with Susie Madden. The company provides recruitment and human resource solutions for the elevator industry.
