Bios:

An industry veteran of 45 years, Rick Milefchik started his career at age 16 in the mailroom of Montgomery Elevator. Quickly moving over to Montgomery's parts center to serve as the branch network inventory analyst for their stock levels and to analyze inventory on acquisitions, an understanding of needs at local branch offices became very clear for Rick. Working in sales at Montgomery's Door Operator Division, "MAC" and subsequently being part of the initial MAC Spares team that transitioned to KONE Spares all was a part of 32 years at Montgomery and KONE. After taking an opportunity with ECS Corporation in Chicago where he served as President for 10 years, he assumed the leadership of sister companies, Quality Elevator Products and AES (Access Elevator Supply). Married for 39 years and blessed with 3 wonderful children (who also are a part of the elevator industry with AES and Quality) and three precious granddaughters make for a wonderful work-life balance.

Molly Cruz brings over 20 years of experience in the elevator industry to her role at ADAMS, where her career first began in 2005 as a member of the Sales team. After gaining broad expertise across the industry, she returned to Schindler as the National Sales and Process Manager. At ADAMS, Molly plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing sales processes, with a strong emphasis on cultivating strategic customer relationships. She is deeply passionate about connecting people and fostering meaningful partnerships, which aligns with ADAMS’ broader initiative to become a more growth-oriented, sales-focused organization. Molly holds an MBA in Business Management from Keller Graduate School and is currently pursuing her PhD in Communications. She also serves on the board of the Elevator Escalator Safety Foundation (EESF), supporting industry-wide efforts to promote public safety and education.

Morgan Jones is a passionate advocate for innovation, connection, and meaningful dialogue within the vertical transportation industry. Through her work with Hyperion Solutions and as host of the Let’s Talk Elevators podcast, Morgan brings people together to share ideas, challenge perspectives, and help move the industry forward. As Chair of NexGen, she is focused on fostering engagement, leadership development, and stronger connections for the next generation of elevator industry professionals. Morgan is excited to join this year’s Women in Motion panel, “Elevating Through Change,” to discuss growth, resilience, and navigating transformation in a rapidly evolving industry.
