Bio: 

Don Gelestino, Founder, CEO & President – Champion Elevator Corp.He is a veteran of the elevator industry with nearly 40 years of experience. He began his career in 1986, founded Ver-Tech Elevator in 1993, and grew it into a leading company before its sale to United Technologies in 2010. He then led the integration of Ver-Tech and Unitec before founding Champion Elevator Corp. in 2015, where he currently serves as CEO and President.

Don has held leadership roles with the National Association of Elevator Contractors, including serving as President in 2020, and was honored with the William C. Sturgeon Award in 2021. He also serves on several boards, including Cross County Savings Bank, SUNY Old Westbury, and The Maurer Foundation, and is a dedicated supporter of numerous charitable organizations.
